Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the storefront and purchases made through it.
Store use
You agree to use the storefront lawfully and not interfere with its security, availability, payment processing, or order systems.
We may refuse, cancel, or limit orders when required for fraud prevention, inventory errors, pricing errors, legal compliance, or operational reasons.
Products and pricing
Product descriptions, availability, and prices may change. The server-validated price at checkout controls the order total.
Images and descriptions are provided to help customers evaluate products, but minor variations may occur.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. By submitting payment information, you authorize Stripe and the business to process the transaction.
The application records order and payment status but does not store full card numbers or business bank-account information.
Charter bookings
Charter deposits, holds, weather changes, captain discretion, passenger responsibilities, and related booking expectations are described in the Charter Policy.
Customers must accept the Charter Policy and captain instructions before starting a charter deposit checkout.
Shipping
Physical merchandise checkout may require a shipping address and contact phone number in Stripe so the order can be fulfilled.
Shipping availability, carrier options, tracking availability, and delivery timelines may vary by destination and operational constraints.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the business is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from store use or purchases.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some terms may not apply to every customer.
