Return window
Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery unless a product page or final sale notice states otherwise.
Returned items should be unused, clean, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe. Bank and card processing times may vary.
Original shipping charges and return shipping may be non-refundable unless required by law or the return is caused by our error.
Damaged or incorrect items
Customers should contact support promptly with the order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
We may replace, refund, or otherwise resolve damaged, defective, or incorrect items after review.
Exclusions
Gift cards, personalized products, used safety equipment, and final sale items may be excluded from returns unless required by law.
